Initial Contact First of all we will discuss your project over the phone and get a feel for your requirement, budget and timescale's.  

Site Visit Once we understand your project needs we will visit your property or site, discuss your requirements in depth and put forward a proposal and quotation for your project.  

Detailed Design If our proposals are acceptable to yourselves we would be pleased to carry out a detailed design and if required liaise with your architect/ surveyor regarding the specific needs of your project. We will also carry out site investigations as required and prepare detailed specifications and drawings. This may involve structural engineers, soil engineers, architects and surveyors or liaison with other contractors.  

Design Review If our detailed specification and quotation is acceptable we would sit down with you and discuss the relevant timescale's of your project and agree a mutually agreeable start date.
